• Account & business information you provide when you register or complete compliance registration (name, email, phone number, business name, address, and tax ID / EIN).
• Mobile opt-in information — your name, mobile phone number, and the consent you give when you opt in to receive text messages.
• Contact data you upload to send your own campaigns.
• Usage & device data such as log data and general analytics used to operate and secure the service.

We use your information to provide and operate the messaging service, send the SMS/MMS messages you have consented to receive, process payments, provide support, maintain security, and comply with legal and carrier requirements.

When you opt in to receive text messages from NextPing through our online opt-in form, you provide consent using separate, unchecked checkboxes. Marketing consent is collected on its own checkbox and is never combined with any other consent: by checking it you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from NextPing at the mobile number you provide. A separate, optional checkbox covers account and transactional messages such as order confirmations, appointment reminders, and account alerts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or unsubscribe, and reply HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent records are excluded from all information sharing and will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, our messaging carrier and payment processor), and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law. As stated above, mobile opt-in and consent data is never sold and is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal, carrier, and record-keeping obligations (including proof of SMS consent). We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@nextpingtxt.com.
